„Everything was very nice, aside from the fact that there's no thermostat in the cabin. The temp is controlled by the cabin above. Not a big problem for me, but if you like it warm, and the people above like it cold (or vice versa), you might be a bit uncomfortable at times. „My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Coffee on the porch to start our days, and then relaxing by the firepit to cap it off. My kids loved playing on the dock and rocks along the shore. They could have spent a whole week down there. My one criticism is the lighting in the living room / kitchen is lacking. It seemed dark in there, even in the middle of the day with all the windows. Other than that, it was great!“

„Great location with a fantastic dock! Wonderful for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and eating together in a peaceful cove. And I appreciated the plethora of floaties available to use. Very quiet neighborhood. House was very spacious and lots of great seating for everybody. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. Owners were great to work with and made sure we were well taken care of. We would love to go back!“

„My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this quaint little cabin style house! We enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock. The Trident Marina is only a few minutes away for a quick bite to eat. The house was clean minus a few cob webs here and there and the sheets/towels were clean. However when we went to strip the sheets off the twin mattress the mattress cover looked like it had several stains on it. Overall we had an amazing time!“

„Everything was done very well and appointed and well-stocked. I noticed little bonus things like Ziploc bags in the kitchen. Prepped and set up really great. The little things that maybe need to change are: the refrigerator downstairs does not close. I could see the light on all the time. The door hits the wood to the left. Also, these dang feral cats meowed the entire time and we worried they might jump in the door of the house. We really enjoyed our stay.“

„We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean.
