„The property is located within the Avenida Pinilla community which includes access to multiple beaches and the clubhouse. The best surprise was having a housekeeper who kept the house tidied up and made amazing breakfast for us each day. The neighborhood is so nice and extremely safe. „The location of this property is what makes this property so desirable. It is 20 steps from a wonderful grocery store and about 100 steps from two amazing coffee shops. And the beach is about a 5 - 7 min walk. Air condition worked very well. We drank the tap water and no one got sick. Some places in Costa Rica don't allow you to flush toilet paper but this property said we could and we did without any issues. I highly recommend this property. “

„Absolutely beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked. Concierge group was very helpful and answered all questions in a timely manner. We all wanted to stay longer in this home! Its location is perfect. We rented 2 golf carts from AAA golf carts. It was easy to zip into town for coffee or dinner. We loved the pool area. „We throughly enjoyed our 4 days stay at Baliyana. Our hosts were just charming and we loved conversing in French, Spanish and English! „Villa Concha was perfect for our full wedding party during our wedding week. Everyone had their own comfortable spaces and spacious bathrooms.
