„Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, täuscht aber nicht darüber hinweg, dass das Haus direkt an der Hauptstraße mit entsprechendem Lärm liegt und wir nach drei Tagen vorzeitig genervt abgereist sind. Das LKW Hupen war über die Ohrstöpsel hinweg zu hören. Außerdem wird man außerhalb des Hauses auf dem Gelände 24/7 Videoüberwacht. Dazu kann man stehen wie man will wir haben uns sehr unwohl und überwacht gefühlt. Die Spüle war einen Tag undicht, wurde aber sehr schnell behoben und der Wasserdruck war ...

„Great place, Louis, the grounds keeper, told us on day one there were 3 sloths on the property. He took us around and we got great footage. We could watch one each day from the pool/patio area. The house was great. Only down side was its little trek to LaFortuna, but I would highly recommend. “

As in the description told: No AC but not necessary, it's cool during night time. Everything like in the description except the pool. Any private pool available. The predescribed pool isn't at the property but in the neighbours hotelnot far away.“

Plus the washer/dryer and towels/linens provided was an added bonus. „We had a great stay at Casa Federico. Our check-in was flawless even though we got in a bit after 10:00pm thanks to Rey who waited for us to make sure we got in safely. The Casa has a fabulous view of the ocean and the Sunset is outstanding! The condo is mostly outside so you may get a few bugs and critters visiting you during your stay. If you don’t have a car the climb up the hill is quite steep but doable. “

„We had such an amazing time at this VRBO. It is such a beautiful home with amazing view and lush flora right out your window. The host was so amazing to work with. His communication was fast and great. The can opener needed replaced and he dropped one of the next day. He was very attentive to any need. I highly recommend this location. „Located in the heart of Santa Teresa, this was a decent stop for a couple of nights. Bear in mind it is located directly off the main strip, so it is quite loud at all times. That being said, the property is extremely walkable with all amenities close by, and no 4x4 required to access unlike some of the other properties located up the hill. . The living room AC kept the unit cool, and the equipped kitchen was appreciated. Decent price for the space, and property rep was very responsive.“
