„This home and location is a true gem on the beaches of Potrero - the upstairs with 4 lovely rooms each with a private bath was perfect for the adults in our group. The lower level was just the right set up for the 6 younger people in our group (ages 17-22). The pool was awesome for when we needed some shade or time away from the ocean. „Unfortunately, our schedule only allowed us for four days to stay in this fantastic location. The location is super good, the cleaning status was super good and Heylin (the maid) does an excellent job. As far as animals is concerned you virtually do not have to go the national park but just sit on the balcony with a drink and wait until they all turn up in front of our eyes sooner or later. „The location of this property is what makes this property so desirable. It is 20 steps from a wonderful grocery store and about 100 steps from two amazing coffee shops. And the beach is about a 5 - 7 min walk. Air condition worked very well. We drank the tap water and no one got sick. Some places in Costa Rica don't allow you to flush toilet paper but this property said we could and we did without any issues. I highly recommend this property. “

Make sure you get to the 10 spot to enjoy the ancient tree. We loved having coffee on the deck around the master upstairs, watching birds of every color and type, we even saw toucan and green parrots in the tree. Has binoculars available also.
