„Absolut dreckiges Zimmer. Nachttische mit sämtlichen Flüssigkeiten der Vorgänger verschmutzt. Aus klarem Glas wurde so Milchglas. Absolut ekelhaft. Der Gesamtzustand der Unterkunft ist akzeptabel aber nur halb so gut wie auf den Bildern anzunehmen. Lage ist super. Kontakt nur per App, aber schneller antwortzeiten. Auf das bemängeln der Sauberkeit wurde allerdings nur mit einem „standardtext“ reagiert anstatt direkt eine Reinigungskraft zu senden. Generell aber okay dort.“

„The apartment was very spacious and the location was excellent: There were shops and restaurants nearby and also a bus stop with a line running to downtown. Grand Ole Opry is a 20- to 30-minute drive. At the beginning, it was a bit difficult to find all right entrances with the right codes. But finally everything worked well. The balcony was a nice add-on, however relaxing was a bit difficult because of the noise of the many aircons on the surrounding roofs. The kitchen was well equipped and ...

„Ein Höllenlärm erwartet einen hier(Klimanlage defekt) .Reklamation nur per Chat,im Verlauf nicht speicherbar.Nach 4Tagen Problem immer noch nicht gelöst.Ab Tag 5in ein anderes Apartment umgezogen. Das war okay,aber ein Downgrade von der Aussicht. Nie wieder in diese Bude für viel Geld.“
