„We had an amazing time on the lake and staying on this floating house. The house was as described and listed and the location was easy access. The ramp was a little steeper then we imagined so maybe including pics of the boat landing would be helpful! “

We were in the area for my Mom to have a tumor removed from her brain. We ended up having to find a hotel at 9:00 pm after a very long day in the hospital because there was no access to the boat. 5 STARS to VRBO who responded quickly and promised to refund our money. „The house boat was very clean and well cared for. The marina was very cute. We were able to rent a 2 person paddle boat and had a ball. The stone baked pizza and winery less than a mile away was wonderful. Best pizza we’ve ever had. The Dam Whiskey corp on the property played live music Saturday night that we could hear from the boat. Overall just a lovely experience. We hope to go back!“

„Great experience from start to finish. The owner was so kind and helpful. The boat is clean and as advertised. Owner met us on arrival and gave instructions on using the golf cart and the houseboat. If you know anything about downtown Knoxville and parking, you know how useful that golf cart was. Highly recommend the experience. Will definitely book again.“
