„The ladies at the desk were always patient and helpful, my room fits all my needs perfectly, I slept well even in this unknown bed. Although the hotel is situated at a busy crossroad, the traffic didn't bother too much thanks to extra windows. The tram right across the street took me to Concention Center in minutes, very comfortable ! The bus stop to the airport is just around the corner, another reason to chose this accommodation, for my next stay again. See you then ! “

„We arrived for them to tell us the hotel was closed because the systems were down. No one called to tell us so we could make a new reservation elsewhere. No apology, no trying to help us find a place or offer of a discount for another stay. Worst customer service ever. I do not recommend in case you show up and they are closed and dont bother to let you know. We stayed at hotel next door and customer service was great!! I highly recommend them!! “
