After my original rental was cancelled due to maintenance issues hours before arrival, the property owners of this house came through for our corporate group. Professional service and amazing accommodations! I wish I could give a 100 star rating! “

„Sparkly clean pool, fully fenced yard, nice cornhole setHad one maint issue and it was resolved promptly (extra points as it was fixed next day on a Saturday!)Large interior, single level so no stairsGolf cart town made it fun especially with beach nearbyVery minor issue was that we never could get the ice maker to work. „Pros: The house was gorgeous, location was perfect, great views, beds were super comfortable, so much space and a variety of spots to relax / hang out Cons: as described, the internet was very hit and miss, lots of stickers in the yard that would get on your shoes and then subsequently on the entryway mat. The pots and pans were quite worn and chipped, some glasses were dirty with (maybe) lipstick on the rims, there was no grill (as shown in the pictures), which messed up our plans to grill ...

„Really enjoyed our time at South Padre Island! Location on island was north of the larger buildings, so made for a peaceful time at the beach. The small pool is also a nice place to relax at the end of the day - nice and toasty during Spring Break!Condo itself is spacious and well set up for two couples and older kids. „Location was awesome! A short walk to the beach and not in the middle of party central for spring break! Bedding and pillows were A and I always love a good coffee pot and k cups which they provided. Overall it was a great stay. I would rent again and would recommend it for your stay. As far as suggestions, darts were not in good shape and check in and out information seemed a little difficult to find by using the Vacasa. "Uns hat die Lage gefallen, Besuch Aquarium und BattleShip, Nähe zum Hafen, Restaurants. Pool war ok, Liege. Und Sitzgelegenheiten am Pool vorhanden. Frühstück war gut, besser als in den meisten Unterkünften. Wir haben über Expedia mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sauber, Betten gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Parken 16 Dollar für alle 4 Nächte. Strand , klein in der Nähe, aber nicht wirklich schön. Aber wir waren nicht zum Strandurlaub dort, deshalb hat er uns auch gereicht. Parken am Strand kostenfrei. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten."

"Wie immer hat es uns wieder sehr gut gefallen: die tolle Aussicht, die Strandnähe, die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit der Angestellten, besonders beim Check-in. Irgendwo wurde immer geputzt! Unser Zimmer mit Kochmöglichkeit war wieder zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Besser geht's kaum. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder auf unsere Trauminsel!!! und natürlich wieder ins Padre South Hotel. "
