„The staff was GREAT! The inside of the hotel could use some work and the bathroom had water damage on the bottom of the door and cupboards. If you’re not worried about a perfect room, the outdoors was well taken care of and the pool was cleaned every day. Isn’t a bad stay for the price. “

„Sehr schönes ruhiges und für Texas kleine Hotelanlage. Schöner Pool mit viel Platz zum Liegen. Jeden Tag eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit oder Aktivität durch das Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen, falls wir wieder einmal in diese Gegend kommen.“

„Overall the property has amazing views! Unit 904 definitely needs some updating and work! Blinds were missing and the upstairs bathroom definitely needs to be looked at as it barely worked. Overall really good stay, friendly staff and close to shopping and dining. Will definitely be back!“

„Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal. “

„So many good things to note about this condo that stands out from other places we’ve stayed. I thought this was the perfect location for the beach. There is a nice, easy trail to access it. „Wonderful view and great set up for a group. I would 100% stay here again. We had all age ranges. We appreciated the kitchen really set up for cooking (sharp knives and lots of dishes) also a little desk and monitor for remote work was super helpful. We didn't realize there was an elevator till we hauled all our stuff up, but just so you know there is! We didn't need to reach out to the owner with anything but it was clear they were available if needed. “

„This unit needs to invest in new kitchen pots and pans, cookie sheets. All the equipment are so old and scratched up or rusty. The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty from the previous renters. The towel bar the in guest bathroom didn’t have any towel on it when we checked in so I went to hang one on it and it fell off the wall. “

„We were notified 10 minutes before check-in that the unit we had reserved did not have a working air conditioner, so we were given a tour of 3 comparable units and chose one easily from there. No complaints about our unit, other than one bedroom tv did not work for us. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, along with the extra sports areas available for the kids. The path to the beach was nice, and the beach area was wide open each time we walked that way. It was a very relaxing getaway! “

„The room very much looks as pictures. The direct access to the pool was very convienent. The condos also have direct access to the beach which was wonderful for fresh morning walks. It was spring break however this area had many families so it was still appropriate for our family. The town is a short drive away.
