„This property is what it says on the tin. It is a cozy bedroom in a field. The stream is very calming and so close to the cabin that you can hear it if you open the window, perfect for a relaxing morning with a book or loved one. I really enjoyed the firepit and also that I was allowed to gather firewood on the property (LOTS of deadfall to choose from). Even though it rained most of the time I was there, I was able to start fires with gathered wood. The hot tub was wonderful and well placed ...

When you arrive at your vacation location the last thing you want to do is spend 20 minutes going over these things. The location was fabulous but the site is quite musty smelling, furniture and deck should be replaced before it is available for rent again.“

Be mindful to documented any damages to the property when check in to avoid charges ( because we didn’t) Be sure only to leave the “correct amount” of garbage and linens for the cleaner to avoid additional charge too. „We had a very enjoyable trip. Very nice place that was setup great for our group. Views of the bay and wildlife were outstanding. Couple of tips - plan your shopping to minimize your drives. We needed to heat water on stove for coffee maker, but it worked ok. “

„Location perfect. Great sunsets. Cottage is very nice, just needs to be tightened up a bit( back door ), as lots of bugs get in house. Back door doesn't lick. But overall, very goodas lots of spiders & other bugs “
