„The property is clean and well maintained. All the amenities needed are provided. Check in and check out details were not provided, so had to contact the owner and wait for a response when we arrived and did not know what was expected of us upon leaving. Code lock doors would be a convenient upgrade. I would definitely stay here again. “

„We were very pleased with our visit to Dauphin Island and the property that we had rented. When we arrived, there was a little problem with the house we had originally rented. The owner resolve the problem quickly by offering us the property next door which was larger and right on the beach.“

„We stayed five nights. Whatever you might want to carry to the beach, including the wagon to carry it in was available. This location is quiet, area well managed where the house is located. Two pools to utilize as well. Communication with the host was great, including local recommendations for grocery stores and places to eat. „My husband and I absolutely loved this house. We had plenty of room for others, but needed this time for ourselves since we were celebrating our 26th anniversary. We sat on the covered back porch with coffee, fished off the private covered pier, and walked along the bay looking for shells. We had perfect weather! This cottage is a perfect getaway. „The accommodations were great for three adult couples plus a single. The 3 Master Bedrooms each have a king bed and their own bathroom. In fact all 5 rooms have their own bathroom. The heated pool was a hit and this is where we spent our afternoons. In the evenings, we watched the beautiful sunsets from the beach, just steps away from the house. October was a great time to be there. The weather was great and there were no crowds. I would recommend this house. “

„The curtains in one of the bedrooms was falling down, thus light got in the window in the morning and woke me up. The lights in the living room were not bright. The bulbs were taken out instead of getting a lower wattage bulb. The nonstick pans were very sticky, eg not nonstick. Need to be replaced.Overall, the place was very great. The property manager that I communicated with was very responsive. She answered me quickly. I love the location and the condo was good!“
