„Amazing! The area is great to explore but it was nice to come back to the cottage and just relax in peace and quiet. It had everything we needed. The view was wonderful, even when it was raining. Clean and cozy. The owner was always in touch and helpful. Looking to stay again. “

„This was a one star experience. Must be old student housing cheaply turned in to a rental property. Hardly any furniture, cold rooms, not enough blankets , bleak and depressing. Would not recommend or stay here again. In fact this is strike two with vrbo. Im done. “

„We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location is well situated in Kingston. The apartment is bright and spacious. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Our dogs loved playing in the backyard! We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay in Kingston! “

„Das Apartment von Adeniyi ist absolut zu empfehlen! Ganz neu, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr großzügig. Geschmackvoll ausgestattet! Das Haus liegt in einer typischen Vorstadtsiedlung. Die Entfernung nach Kingston beträgt ca 10km. Kingston hat schöne Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars.“

„The floor in livingroom area needs repair there is a soft dip in it by the window. No curtains on door or livingspace window. The nightstand in front bedroom was thick with dust. I also found chex cearal on the floor in that room and it definitly wasnt from us. I feel i wasnt really worth what i paid.“

„This property is everything it says it is as listed. Perfect for a weekend getaway, scenic and close proximity to everything in the village. We were very comfortable here and hope to be back someday. A+++“

„The location is off a major busy roadway so it is noisy even at night. We were not told thatt here is a steep staircase to reach the upstairs apartment, which is where we stayed. The apartment is a large two bedroom one. It is under renovation. There is no bedside lighting in ether of the two bedrooms. The ad specifies usable washer and dryer however they are not hooked up and therefore unusable. the apartment is extremely cold due to a heating problem in the building. „We had a big group of 14 people and booked this property on Howe Island. The location was great. It was quite, remote and peaceful, just what we were looking for. The hosts, Courtney and Chris along with their kids were very hospitable and did a great job of hosting us. "Ein sehr gut gepflegtes Haus in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden und nach Kingston Downtown ist man schnell gefahren. Die nach vorne liegenden Zimmer sind nicht ganz ruhig aber okay, da die davor liegende Straße stark befahren und der Parkplatz der Shoppingläden gut und lange besucht ist. "

"Zwar ist das Hotel sehr neu, aber das nützt wenig, wenn das Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt wird. Wir hatten überall Chips Krümel im Zimmer und im Bad waren viele Haare - im Waschbecken, auf dem Toilettensitz und in der Wanne. Der Nachtschrank am Bett war total klebrig verschmiert und nicht gereinigt worden. Das Bett war ziemlich schmal und für zwei Personen schon fast zu klein. Dazu war die Matratze ziemlich hart, was sehr untypisch für Nordamerikanische Hotel ist. Das Frühstück war einfach nur schlecht. Das sollte sich das Hotel am besten gleich sparen. Wir würden hier nicht mehr übernachten !"
