„We stayed in unit three, which is upstairs. This unit had a rooftop balcony with 360 views, it was just beautiful up there. Your balcony overlooks the water, where while sitting there you see manatee, Tarpon, and even an occasional shark. If you had a boat, you could tie it up right there. The tavern 3 Doors Down has great entertainment and is very good and reasonably priced food. The unit has everything you need and the owner is very responsive and helpful with any of your needs.“

„This property is very clean. Nice community, everyone is very friendly. The pool within the complex is large, heated and was very nice. Good location in the heart of Marathon. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. “

„Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!“
