„It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. “

„A lovely room with a small porch overloking the water. A huge binder with lots of information about local restaurant and attractions. Everything is spotlessly clean and fresh. A bit small for two, perfect for one. The hostess is lovely and kind. “

„Great place, very simple and well stocked for any needs. Lots of free streaming channels. Fans, AC and heat available to make yourself comfortable. By no means a concern with the stay itself but if you stay here i would recommend personal means of transportation. “

„Very sweet little cottage! All recently redone and appointed well. The view from the back deck is spectacular and exactly what we were hoping for. Parking was easy and the owners were easy to communicate with. We loved it. Our only critique would be to have a larger couch in the living room. “

„The condominium was very nice as described. However a few glitches at check-in: no keys in the lockbox so it involved a few phone calls including with VRBO customer service-finally fount them in another unit's lock box and the information sheet provided by VRBO had errors-no contact phone number for the owner of the unit and and incorrect password for WIFI, which the owner also had to communicate. Human errors do happen, but these two were rather critical ones.“
