„Sheets weren't clean. Room Door locks were broken and bashed into. Not enough parking due to the bar out back that caused noise and had drunks banging on peoples doors in the hotel. Electric issues. Had lamps with no plugs to power the lights. Low wifi, so tvs signals were lost every 2 minutes. If you have the money, stay elsewhere and pay extra to do so.“

„We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep.“

„It was labeled a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke. The front desk clerk was rude and the hotel itself was outdated and deluxe is definitely wrong.“

„Not remotely as pictured. Had to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach room. No elevator. No sofas, just 1 old chair. 2 low lumpy twin beds. No bedside tables or lamps. Really bad.“

„It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. “

„The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, the place smelled of marijuana. The decor was old and outdated. Very dissatisfied.“

„This property was perfect. Lovely hosts, great communication and location. Walk to beach and restaurants. Everything provided for kitchen, bed and bathrooms. Welcomed with a personally written card and nice surprise. Amy and Carl really care and it shows. Look forward to returning. Thank you.“

„This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke.“
