„A very nice place with more than your average amenities. Clean, well equipped and located about 10 minutes from downtown. Great views and overall super comfortable place to stay. I've stayed at many VRBO's and I have to say the beds were perhaps the best of any place I've been, especially after a hard day skiing. Thank you and hope to be back next year!“

„My sister and I stayed at the Bird's Nest in late Sept. 2024. It was fabulous. Very quiet and comfortable. We loved the deck for watching the sunrise/sunset with a glass of wine. Very quiet. The kitchen was so well stocked. The location couldn't have been better for visiting Mesa Verde. Jeff and his wife were wonderful hosts - answered questions quickly and were available for restaurant recommendations :)“

„We loved our visit to the farm. We enjoyed seeing the baby goats. This was a great location as we visited several National Monuments in the surrounding area. The kitchen supplies are limited but we were able to make do with what was available. We probably cook more than most people. “

„We were passing through in our way to Arizona. Needed a quiet place to work for the afternoon and evening. The owner/manager was so sweet and helpful, even when the electricity went out in the entire area. They brought us extra supplies, checked in us and updated us several times. „Would highly recommend this for a young couple, since it has some steep stairs. The space was clean and beautiful. It has everything you need and the hot tub was amazing. „We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great place to relax after a busy day exploring. Check-in was so easy and we were able to check in early. Everything was clean and comfortable. We got just a peek at life on a working ranch, there was always something going on but they were never too busy to answer a question or visit for a while. We were close to town for restaurants and fun but far enough out to enjoy the peace and beauty. I’d stay here again!“
