„TJ was awesome! He went above and beyond to accommodate us due to the cook not being available this weekend. We got upgraded from a very nice room at the Brunswick (our original reservation in Room 9), to the beautiful suite at their sister property, Union Gables, in the Henry suite. The room was immaculate, with a full working kitchen, bar area, king size bed, a fully working soaker tub, a gas fireplace, a dining table, TV, and working ceiling fans. „Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus hat seinen Charme bewahrt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß, allerdings für meine Begriffe wäre etwas mehr Blick aufs Detail angebracht. Der Hinterhof ist sehr idyllisch eingerichtet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Beim Frühstück ist Selbstbedienung, wobei die Küche groß, modern und gut ausgestattet ist. Nachts war etwas Strassenlärm zu hören, was uns aber nicht groß gestört hat. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.“

„This was a lovely property on the edge of Saratoga Springs. It was quiet with easy access to downtown Saratoga Springs. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good.“

„This B&B was one of the highlights of our trip to Cooperstown. Not only was the historical building gorgeous and beautifully (painstakingly!) restored, but the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was DELICIOUS (thanks, Chef!), the in room amenities were top quality, and the room itself was cozy and quiet. It’s walkable to the Baseball HOF and other Main Street attractions. We cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend! “

„Such a beautiful and well cared for B & B. Comfortable, cool, clean, artistic and historic. Enjoyed my stay immensely. Favorite thing was I barely saw any staff there my entire stay. I think they purposely stay out of your way unless you need something. Awesome and unexpected. “

Problematischer Airporttransfer

"Unser Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer, obwohl wir das nicht wollten. Das war äußerst hellhörig. Der Airporttransfer wurde uns am Vorabend als Unproblematisch zugesagt, fand aber mit einer halben Stunde Verspätung statt. Wir hätten schneller zu Fuß gehen können."

"Clean and comfortable Hotel with modern Furnitures and good breakfast (for 15.99USD plus Tax) with real dishes. Close to Niagara Falls and Rainbow Bridge (about 10-15 mins walk). Enough Parking available but for 15USD, would appreciate it if it would be free for Hotel Guests. Other than that very good experience!"
