„Since we were coming to the area for an event at Cornell University, I was happy to find this place as it is only 15 minutes to campus, safe neighborhood, plenty of parking, excellent instructions & directions from owner, and lovely view of the lake and a gushing waterfall right next to the property! „The house was bigger inside than expected. Everything was up to date or new. Every amenity that you would need for an extended stay. The host was lovely and very helpful, Very close to downtown Rochester/groceries/gas station. Would come again. A very enjoyable stay!!“

Definitely older overall but we weren’t looking for luxury and I think it was appropriately priced. Felt like someone lived there when it’s not being rented, which I understand but some personal items (specifically bathroom) could have been stored away. Overall we would stay there again. “
