„Black rock lodge is the perfect hideaway and a real gem, the location is perfect - right in the jungle, you can hear the howler monkeys roar in the morning and next to the river where you can take an afternoon swim. You can also spot various birds on your own but also on a bird watching tour at sunrise. The activities and tour guides were great, definitely go for ATM and a night hike. Everyone was super lovely and welcoming, accomodation is basic but clean and you have everything that you need. ...

„We loved staying at this property. Comfortable beds, and the villa was immaculate. Our kids loved having the outdoor shower(s) and private pool. If other people were staying on the property, we didn't see them. We did not rent a 4wheel drive vehicle, which is highly recommended. The road leading to the villa was VERY steep. We were fine, but if it had rained during our stay we might have a different opinion on that choice!“
