„Our stay at this hotel was nice stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any situation that we had. They went above and beyond to help us when we needed some assistance. We were in town for a hospital stay for a family member and they were very happy to accommodate us with certain things. The hotel was very clean and well kept at all times. I was somewhat surprised that we had to pay for parking at a hotel we were staying at, but perhaps that is what happens in Austin! Would definitely ...

„I had very noisy neighbors and the walls very pretty thin. Could not sleep till they left at 2:30 am. Did not see that i booked cabin style room (shared bathroom in hallway instead of own bathroom). Did not like this type of room. Location close to downtown is very useful. Rooms clean and personel friendly.“

„We liked the space of the 2 bedroom for the price. The neighborhood was fun and lively, the pool and gym were nice. The unit itself was clean, but tired. Terrible water pressure, worn carpets, dodgy curtains, generally very bare bones. Also, only chromecast TV, which was a bummer, as we like to watch local news, etc.“

„Es war unser 2. Aufenthalt, aber sicher nicht der Letzte! Die Ausstattung, Lage und vor Allem das Personal sind hervorragend! Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch eine Autovermietung für längere Ausflüge sind fußläufig zu erreichen! Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen!“

"The room at Southpark Hotel was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The gym was also impressive—modern equipment and well-kept. Unfortunately, the location really brings the experience down. The hotel is right by a major intersection, so it's incredibly noisy day and night—even earplugs didn’t help much. The outdoor pool area looks nice, but the constant traffic noise makes it unpleasant to relax outside. Worst of all, the front desk initially gave me a room that was already occupied, which led to an awkward and uncomfortable encounter. Overall, not a relaxing stay despite some nice features."
