„This place was fantastic. They really thought of all the ways someone could enjoy a house, and added all the features. Lots of space for everyone, and thorough details of how to use all the facilities. Wonderful experience. “

„This property was as shown. The communication with the managers was excellent and they were quick to address any concerns that arose during our stay. We stayed with kids aged 10-14 and there was ample space for everyone. The kitchen area was a great gathering point for the family.“

„We spent 4 very enjoyable days staying at the Chalet at Swan Lake. Our group ranged from a two year old, through to early 80 year old grandparents. A total of 10 people.The Chalet is big with plenty of space for all the family, bedrooms were large and comfortable. My only comment is that there is really only one bathroom to share for guests in 4 of the rooms, and a bathroom within the largest upstairs bedroom.This wasn't a big deal for us as we shared the upstairs bathroom with our children, ...

„This is a lovely location, but you need a 4WD truck to access in the winter. To be fair, they say that in the description. The other thing is that they will want your DL and credit card again, by the third party who manage the unit, so beware on that. The communication was good.“

„We had 14 people stay in the house and it was comfortable. A good-sized kitchen, enough room for everyone to sit in the living/dining room and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Very easy ski out from the neighbour's driveway -- 'ski in' route is very flat so a bit of a slog to get back, but the Knoll shuttle bus is very convenient. It's a short drive down to the village to drop off for ski school.“

„We were very disappointed with this property from the moment we got there. The photos on line show beautiful flower baskets around the property. They are all dead and filled with actual garbage. The yard has garbage lying around. Broken hot tub, broken shed and doors, not kept up. The railing outside is loose, garbage under the stairs. We found a dirty diaper in our room, used Kleenex behind our bed, stained towels throughout the home. No screens on the windows so you can’t open them without ...

„This beautiful chalet is located in the perfect spot. It was easy to ski in/out, walk to the village, tube town and even skating. We had 10 adults, 2 children and a baby and we never felt crowded. We especially enjoyed sitting all together at the table for meals. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was there for us. We would absolutely book again. “

„This is a great house to stay in SilverStar. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a separate TV area and delightful living/dining area with fireplace and magnificent views over the Monashee Mountains. The separate ski room is a plus. Private hot tub with great views.5 minute walk into village. Easy ski in. Ski out has 2 options, walk 80 metres up a slight incline to top of silverwood chair or ski into village, but you have to walk across a road.Host very responsive to any request.Highly recommended ...

„Amazing getaway for families and anyone wanting to find some peace, quiet and rejuvenation. Barbara and Joe are amazing hosts and keep the cabins and property in top condition. Honestly, we didn't see anyone most of our trip, there is a lot of space between cabins to give that feeling of remote wilderness whilst having creature comforts. Lots to do on the property including hikes, fishing and visiting the animals. Lots to do around the area too and relatively easy access. I highly recommend it. ...

„Property is in fair shape, a little dated and could use a coat of paint and some TLC. Staff were very friendly, the put me on the main floor this time around, much different than the 3rd floor on my previous stay. If you get the chance take the higher floors, noise wise it’s better than the ground level. “

Guter Service- Zimmerlage phasenweise sehr laut

"Insgesamt zufriedenstellende Unterkunft. Allerdings war die Lage des Zimmers für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher ungeeignet. Das Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoß mit Fenster zum Parkplatz/Highway. Auf der anderen Seite war der Pool. Dementsprechend war es des Öfteren sehr laut durch Geräusche vom Highway und vom Parkplatz sowie durch und den Geschrei von Nutzern des Wellnessbereiches. Das Frühstück war gut und von der Menge her ausreichend, allerdings gab es bei der warmen Mahlzeit keine Abwechslung.in den 10 Tag. Ich denke, zu der angebotenen Eiermahlzeit wären Rühreier ohne großen Aufwand auch möglich."
