„Really good location right in the centre, lovely warm room and good shower, three separate beds so great for families with older children. Shower could have been more powerful and the communal access to all room keys felt a bit off putting. Lovely staff and nice and clean. “

„Stayed overnight on a dinner bed and breakfast rate. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was nice but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, that being said it was very clean. Inner was fantastic all meals are homemade to a very high standard not a frozen item to be seen. Breakfast again was a good. Very central to the centre of Lancaster. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.“

„The Royal is a great hotel situated in the quaint village of Heysham. We loved our stay. Lots of nice walks and history. The hotel has a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere. The food is excellent and all staff are friendly and display excellent communication and customer service skills. Everwhere is spotlessly clean. Free parking is an added bonus. We will be returning soon and I will recommend the Royal to my friends and family.“

„Sehr Familienfreundlich und war gar nicht laut, obwohl es in einer Pub ist. Das Zimmer war etwas klein mit Babybett. Ich würde daher ein größeres Zimmer empfehlen. Die Teppe war auch etwas nervig mit Kinderwagen.“
