-Photo ID may be required upon check-in
-Security Deposit of $300 required for each booking which is held 2 days before arrival
-Rental Agreement must be signed by all guests before arrival
-NOTE: Ensuring your safety is our priority. We've installed Ring doorbell security cameras facing both front entrances, the driveway, and exterior areas like the back deck and dock/lake front areas. Please note, these cameras are exclusively positioned to monitor outdoor spaces and do not intrude upon any interior areas. Additionally, to maintain peace in the neighborhood, we've implemented noise monitoring devices both inside and outside the property to adhere to quiet hours.

Note: From mid-October to mid-May (varies each season depending on the level of the lake and weather), the lake is drawn down, and the dock area, swim raft, and picnic table boat may not be available during these times.
