„This was a fantastic experience. The beach house is huge and very comfy - plenty of space for my husband and I, our two sons, our daughter in law, my brother, his wife and daughter, and my two sisters. Me and my husband stayed in the inside/outside room where we could decide whether to sleep indoors or under the stars with only a mosquito net in between. „Great owners and Rachel the cook was very nice abd helpful. As a retired chef, I can say this was a cool experience to relax and not cook while enjoying my stay here. Thanks to the owners! The receptionist could be a little bit sour acting, but the rest of the staff was WONDERFUL!“

„The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool but it is far away in farmer’s field and very difficult to find. Google maps sent me in the wrong direction. There should be signs and clear instructions on how to get here. It’s easy if you take the right road from the main highway. Staff is friendly and helpful. “

„Positivo il soggiorno stile africano, poco chiari riguardo al pagamento della cena. Meglio accordarsi prima o andare a fare la spesa con loro se si ha tempo. Una volta se ne è andata la luce ma dopo poco è ritornata, hanno attivato il gruppo elettrogeno probabilmente che faceva rumore dal mio appartamento. Dopo un' ora ha smesso.“

„Nyumba Sara was a wonderful place to enjoy our holiday. A beautiful, elegant home with a lovely terrace to capture the seabreeze, relaxing view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms, and a one minute walk to the beach. The house staff took care of us like family and the chef's cooking was five stars- we ate like kings with fresh seafood deliciously prepared every day. It was hard to leave :)“

„The house is very nice, old and stylish and so is the garden with plants and trees that are characteristic of the Kenya coast. I know that the owner wants to build a pool this spring, which would make the house perfect during the hot and humid days of the hotter season. More electric fans in the house would help to sleep when there is a little breeze in that area. However, Thoya, the house boy is a very kind and helpful man, and he can be an excellent cook on request. Sincerely, Aleksandra“

„We stayed at the resort for 9 days. I really only have positiv things to say about it. The room was beautifull and spacious, with a nice bathroom. The premises are very greek-style gorgeous. The beach is better than at DIani because you are shelteres from the swell. There is always security at our part of the beach, so you can leave valuebales while swimming. The staff is very friendly and profesional. The italian manager was always around. Very friendly and easy to talk to if you have feedback ...

"Das Billionaire hat zwei Bereiche: das eigentliche Billionaire Resort am Meer mit Appartements (22 insgesamt, von denen aber 11 im Besitz von regelmäßigen Gäste ist) und das „Lion in the Sun“ (nicht direkt am Meer), das Zimmer anbietet. Bei der Buchung in Expedia landet man im „Lion in the Sun“. Im Lion in the Sun gibt es mehrere Hütten, die je 4 Zimmer beinhalten. Jede Hütte hat ihren eigenen Lounge Bereich mit Sofas und einem eigenen Pool. Außerdem gibt es noch einen großen gemeinschafts-Pool. Frühstück gibt es in dem Teil in dem man übernachtet. Restaurant nur im Billionaire. Ein Shuttle Service Transportiert einen wann immer man möchte von einem in den anderen Teil (600m Distanz). Der Strand am Billionaire ist felsig, die Pools im „Lion in the Sun“ sind traumhaft und sehr ruhig, perfekt zum entspannen. Das Fitnessstudio ist gut, hat aber leider kein WLAN. Das Personal ist super freundlich und bemüht. Wir können das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Der Strand am Billionaire hingegen war etwas enttäuschend."
