„The lodge is a beautiful property. The people all seemed very friendly and helpful. We had a couple of issues. Our room was apparently directly below the bar, and the noise of voices and furniture moving was so loud we could hardly talk together. I don't suppose there's anything to be done about it, and it did end by 11 pm, somewhat past the bedtime of old folks like us. The other problem is squeaky door hinges. The door of the room next door was so loud that even my mostly deaf husband asked ...

„The onsite staff were so pleasant and personable. Took the time to have conversations with us and how they could help us in any way during our stay. Breakfast was great!! Rooms were clean. Dining and common areas were also clean and quiet. I LOVED MY STAY!! Will go back to this Inn anytime I am visiting the Bryson City area. And the best part, this is Not a Chain. Inn has family history and I love supporting small businesses. “

„This home is situated on a beautiful, remote property. The views are outstanding. The layout is great and accommodated our large family group very well. It was not the cleanest property we have stayed at, and the wifi is not very reliable, so keep that in mind if you are planning to work or need internet. We had no issues with the neighbors. We loved seeing the farm animals across the street daily. “

„We had a wonderful trip to Forge Lake Lodge. Home is one of a kind and the communication with the host was great. Views are incredible from the back deck. Navigating the last 2 miles of road before you reach the home can be intense but once you arrive its with it! “

„Awesome spot in the Blue Ridge, GA area. We had a group of 11 guys stay here for a reunion so this worked for us. The property is gigantic with lots of space to hang and roam. One issue we had was one side of the house was not cooling down as well as the rest of the house. The manager was responsive and had an A/C repair man come check it out the next day. „... I say cabin but the house is sizable, with more room than I expected. The location is great with nice views, while reasonably close to Highlands. It has an outdoor fireplace on the deck, as well an indoor one. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every evening (when we weren't in the hottub). You can book this property with no regrets!“
