Upstairs there are two large bunk rooms and a king bedroom but only one bathroom. Nice dock and porch for watching sunset. Enjoyed the fire pit.“

„The location couldn’t have been better, everything was in a 1-3 mile radius. The yard was definitely a huge plus. It’s a cute little place, perfect for a short getaway, it has a fully equipped kitchen, the bed was comfortable, and there was a carport. The carpets inside could use some shampooing though.“

„I can't remember a VRBO stay I have enjoyed more. Sunsets in the Smokies was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and just be. But, we were also perfectly located for visiting Franklin, and an easy drive to Sylva, Cherokee, and Bryson City. Our hosts were easy to communicate with, and had really thought through what makes a house feel and function like home. From a well organized kitchen to extra blankets, sheets and pillows, we really needed for nothing. “
