„This is by far the best all around experience I’ve had staying in the area. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The entire property is well maintained and very clean. I can’t honestly think of an area that deserves a less than excellent review. They have earned my business when I’m in town even if I have a longer commute. “

„Overall, the property was clean, and the location is perfect for those attending a KC Chiefs and/or KC Royals game. The neds were comfortable and the staff, albeit understaffed, was accommodating, kind and had upbeat attitudes. However, it is not a 5-star or even a 4-star hotel, and there is not much else in the area. We would stay here again if we went back to see the Royals or the Chiefs play. “

„The most comfortable hotel bed I've stayed in! Whoever remodeled the room did a shoddy job, it's clean but horrible paint job, could not open the blinds, and the ceiling looked sunken in on one corner of the room, breakfast was not good with chunks of dry powder in the eggs..but, you get what you pay for!“

„Easy and fast check in. I got in early and the front desk gentlemen was kind enough to get me a room! Very clean from the outside to the inside the pool is clean from just looking in and the gym has what a basic hotel gym has, Enough to get yiur fitness on ! Breakfast is as continental as it gets! The had fresh eggs and potatoes as well as a waffle maker! Everyone is very welcoming!“

„Very limited breakfast: cereal with hand scooped portions, open container milk and juice, no hot or even warm items to eat. Stained and cracked bathtub so I would not bathe here. Slippery bathtub, but there was a handle. It smelled clean. “

„Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig in Kansas City North. Netter Service an der Reception. Für "nur 5 USD mehr pro Nacht" wurde uns ein Zimmer mit einem neuen Bad verkauft. War alles top in Ordnung und sauber. Gute Betten. Sehr guter Zimmerservice. In dieser Preisklasse absolut zu empfehlen.“

„My only negative is on the third party website it gave me option to have a roll away bed. Then we I arrived I was told they don’t have them anymore due to fire hazard. Otherwise, very happy. SUPER clean, which I really appreciate!“

Historisches Hotel in zentraler Lage

"Das Hotel aus den 1930er Jahren ist sehr schön im Art Deco Stil gestaltet. Die Lage in der Stadt ist sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit der kostenlosen Metro, die ebenfalls nur 100 m entfernt ist, zu erreichen. Auch die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber etwas abgewohnt. Die Klimaanlagen sind sehr veraltet, lassen sich nicht abstellen und rauschen rund um die Uhr wie ein Wasserfall. Der Service an der Rezeption, die teilweise noch nicht einmal besetzt war, war zum Teil unerträglich. Sowohl unfreundlich als auch unprofessionell. (Mit Ausnahme einzelner Mitarbeiter tagsüber)."
