„Very friendly staff who suggested a good place to eat while they didn't serve food on Monday and Tuesday. Lovely walks around and surprisingly quiet. New decor in the bedroom was very nice.“

„We really liked the location and building. Clean and tastefully decorated. Although some patches of wallpaper need sticking down. We collected our delicious pork pie from downstairs. Not keen on the key collection system as the little car park infront is busy and entering the building and then having to get into the keysafe to get the car park key was a bit stressful. We were dissapointed that there was scaffolding on the building (so not a seamless view of the bridge) and roof work starting ...

„One night stay as visiting family nearby. Hotel is fine just difficult to get to due to due to flooding defences which obviously can’t be helped. Ironbridge is a very interesting place with lots to see “

„Very friend staff. Lovely location. Checked into room but it soon proved to be in a noisy location with an entry door being banged shut by other guests. Needed a soft closure fitted. I was moved to another room which was lovely and seemed to have been refurbished. Bed was a bit soft but that’s personal preference. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent. “

„Thie Riverside Inn was a great base fior us to explore the area. Room 2 was spectacular! Only one very minor comment the Full English brreakfast was delicious apart from the packet sausages, they were not in keeping with the rest of the breakfast.“

„Solides Hotel an günstiger Lage. Nahe dem Bahnhof und wenige Fussminuten von den Einkaufszentren entfernt. Gemütliche Lounge und gutem Essen. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Lärmempfindliche Personen solten das Zimmer 202 meiden da sich gleich daneben das Fitness Studio befindet.“

"Nach mehreren Übernachtungen in Pubs wusste ich die Professionalität und den Service zu schätzen und das Frühstücksbüfett. Die Einrichtung ist sicher nicht neu, aber sauber, groß und gerade. Ich fand es für den Preis top."
