„The hotel is comfortable and takes care of little details evident in how the room was designed and amenities provided. For eg, light switches are conveniently located, with 2 toilet door openings with one near the bed and you don’t need to find your way in the dark. The sink has 2 taps to accommodate 2 persons. There is also a weighing scale, useful if you need to check the weight, including your luggage. You scan the key card to enter the room and there is zero failure rate unlike those cards ...

„This is probably the worst hotel in haikou. From the experience to the hotel itself. The inner decor is like something out from a 90s movie. The location sucks and no restaurants around. Even the food delivery service refuses to deliver to this hotel cause is in the middle of nowhere. Also the service is quite bad. I don’t think I will ever stay at this hotel again even if it’s for free. “

„This is the newest hotel in Haikou and opened during the pandemic period. Had high expectations as I last visited in 2018 and this was still building and I stay at nearby Hilton Haikou. A few issues we had which is why we gave 3-star rating: 1. The hotel’s main lobby and breakfast at all day dining area was located at 35th and 34th floor respectively but the rooms are located at lower levels… very odd planning 2. „It's a nice property. Close to many government offices and large companies. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. I liked the bathroom design. It was spacious and gave many options. The closet was also well-designed. I felt the luxury. The breakfast had plenty of options but mostly Chinese food and very few options for the international guests. The staff didn't speak much English or other languages. It was very hard for me to ask for my choices if they were even available. I liked the lobby. ...
