„The location was great for us. Close to where my daughter works and easy access to the Blue Line. I don't mind the lack of direct contact with staff people and we didn't have any unmet needs. It was very stormy the first night we were there and the windows made a great deal of noise. The storm abated the second night and it was much quieter.“

„Not only before arrival were we constantly bombarded with „don’t do this“ and „don‘t do that“ - mails. Check-in only after 4pm (as „compensation“: check-out already by 10 am)! We were threatened with a „fine“ of 100$ if we spilled oil from the the gas stove of which we were wrongly accused by the hosts. After complaining about noise from the heating system in the bedroom, which robbed us of sleep for many nights, we were advised „to use ear plugs“. The spectacular view was compromised by dirty ...

It was nice to be able to keep the laundry up. Would definitely stay her again or in the building again. Very accommodating. “
