„The location was great for us. Close to where my daughter works and easy access to the Blue Line. I don't mind the lack of direct contact with staff people and we didn't have any unmet needs. It was very stormy the first night we were there and the windows made a great deal of noise. The storm abated the second night and it was much quieter.“

„This hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. This is the theater district so it's just a 15-20 minute walk down to Michigan Ave/Grant Park area. Quiet area in terms of street noise at night. Older hotel but rooms are updated nicely. We were there for Lallapalooza and found it to be a reasonable distance but we really only used the hotel for sleeping and for breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which was also very nice. “

„The Good: We enjoyed beautiful top floor condo with a view of the high school fields across the street and downtown, from the rooftop. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. I heard no complaints about the other beds in the household. Location is good. We used the blue line to come in and tour the UIC campus. Over spring break, with no events going on in the area, we had some trouble with restaurants randomly closing because there weren’t enough patrons. We’d highly recommend calling before ...

„We had the best time at the Allegra Sonesta! The front desk was over the top accommodating to our group. We had a total of 4 rooms and they made sure we had everything we needed all weekend. We enjoyed cocktails at the lobby bar as well. Great location, walking distance to anything you’d need and a quick Uber ride to lots of Chicago attractions.“
