„Sanya, und vorallem dieser Stand ist echt sehr schön. Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand und hat kostenlose Liegen mit großen Schirmen. Die Hotelzimmer sind großzügig. Buffet ist groß und viele Restaurants. Guter Eindruck“

„It was our second visit to this hotel during the New Year time. Pluses: Again, it was a good compromise between the price and the services. The territory around the hotel might be the best among all other 4-5 star hotels in the vicinity. Very good beach. Nice breakfast buffet Minuses: the hotel definitely needs renovation. The restaurant is often overfilled between 8:30 and 10. The check-in procedure is VERY slow - the slowest one we have ever experienced.“

„Schönes Resort - etwas ausserhalb- und auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Strand - viele abgestorbene Korallen und Muscheln. Nicht geeignet zum barfusslaufen. Wasser sauber und warm - jedoch nicht sehr tief.“

„We came already second time to this hotel. We aprecciate the short distance from airport, the huge pool areas, garden and tunnel to the beach. The overall style of the hotel is beautiful, not really so new, but still in very good shape. Noise from airport is almost not noticable, but military helicopters are often crossing in front of the bay. Sometimes during breakfast a little bit noisy, because a lot of families with children around. We booked a room on executive floors with lounge access, ...

„到着した日に電気のブレーカーが一部落ちていて、湯沸かし器、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーが使えませんでした。すぐに確認して直してくれ対応は良かったです。施設内はプールやショッピングモール、子どもの遊び場、レストランと充実しているので外に出る必要がありません。いいホテルです。ただ、リゾートホテルなだけあり、料金は全て高いです。中国は物価が安いのに、ある意味日本以上の高さを感じるものもありました。“

„Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gepflegt. Wobei man sich immer bewusst ist/sein muss, dass man in China ist. Es gibt einige Dinge, die nicht so perfekt gelöst sind wie sie es in Deutschland oder anderen Regionen der Welt wären. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wunderschönes Zimmer, schöne Gartenanlage, gepflegter Strand. Insbesondere die Abende bei Cocktails in der offenen Lounge haben wir sehr genossen.“

„The hotel is just outside of Sanya City in a new tourist development area and has no shops etc. near it- There are dozens of large buildings all around, most of them standing empty- There's a lot of construction going on all around the hotel grounds, even late at night- The hotel itself appears shabby and ill-kept, as an example, the floors are finished concrete, but the concrete is beginning to spall and crack (this is in the interior hallways)- Water from the taps is not potable, so you have ...

„There are no pans or utensils to cook in the room. There were no glasses or wine glasses, the kitchen is just for decoration. There is no washer and dryer in the room as stated in the room description. Had a huge building right in front of the room, so close that I needed to use the blinders all the time. “

"I paid for a corner room, which according to hotels.com is more expensive, as the view is wider. Unfortunately the actual corner rooms have a limited angle for the view so that the room with the sea view are in fact more enjoyable. I kindly ask you to review the prices. I luckily got "upgraded" as checked in to a sea view room, meaning I got a room that would have been less expensive. This can be really annoying as customer and specially when dealing with a significant language barrier, as the staff only speaks limited english. "
