„Great location on the beach with a nice pool area, but the rooms are not clean so we don't really feel comfy. And the beach area dirty. Don't stay there after dark lots of little 4legs friends running around Looking for food. Beachside restaurant closed. Breakfast good.“

„Hotel staff are not friendly so do not expect any greetings nor smiles from them. They were not helpful nor keen in giving information about attractions nearby. Getting your luggage to and from the room was not convenient as there wasn’t any lifts. We had to carry our own luggage up the stairs so do not carry any heavy luggage if you decide to stay here. „We came already second time to this hotel. We aprecciate the short distance from airport, the huge pool areas, garden and tunnel to the beach. The overall style of the hotel is beautiful, not really so new, but still in very good shape. Noise from airport is almost not noticable, but military helicopters are often crossing in front of the bay. „I paid for a corner room, which according to hotels.com is more expensive, as the view is wider. Unfortunately the actual corner rooms have a limited angle for the view so that the room with the sea view are in fact more enjoyable. I kindly ask you to review the prices. I luckily got "upgraded" as checked in to a sea view room, meaning I got a room that would have been less expensive. „Das Hotel liegt, getrennt durch eine Strasse, direkt am Strand. Je nach Zimmer hat man sich auf die Sanya Bay oder Phoenix Island. Es ist schon ein etwas älteres Modell aber noch akzeptabel. Baden war keine angenehme Sache, auch wenn wir mit dem Bus schon etwas weiter weit vom Zentrum gefahren sind. Für diese Aktivität eignen sich Yalong Bay und Dadong Bay deutlich besser. „Schönes Resort - etwas ausserhalb- und auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Strand - viele abgestorbene Korallen und Muscheln. Nicht geeignet zum barfusslaufen. Wasser sauber und warm - jedoch nicht sehr tief.“
