„We had such a wonderful stay at Deer Pass with such amazing hosts! We hiked their stunning property, met the cutest Highland cow Nash, and even met their new baby cow Grace that was born during our stay! Sunday evening we had some terrible weather (strong winds, strong rain, lots of snow), and the power went out but the hosts were quick to relocate us on their property to a safe location with power and heat. „Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!“

„Owls Nest is a quiet, cozy cabin on Deep Creek Lake. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need for a relaxing mountain getaway! They provided us with detailed information about the surrounding area including excellent recommendations for nearby dining, sight seeing, etc. I would highly recommend Owls Nest whether you are a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a family looking for a fun vacation! We had an amazing weekend and look forward to returning! “
