„Eine wirklich sehr zu empfehlene Unterkunft mit einer super lieben Vermieterin. Objekt liegt in Nähe der Autobahn, ohne dass man sie wahrnimmt. Supermarkt ist um die Ecke und zum Strand kann man bequem die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder nehmen. Lauren ist total lieb und hilfsbereit. Haus hat in der Küche alles, außer einen Backofen. Draußen ist ein Gasgrill. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder.“

„Cute little cottage and very clean. One block from everything happening on Atlantic Ave, yet felt nicely separated from all that activity.One thing that could be an issue for some people is it's right across the street from the railroad tracks. Not so bad for the light rail trains, but larger freight trains are louder...I still slept pretty well, but could be an issue for lighter sleepers. „Nice clean place to stay, and great location especially if you have a pet. The yard is fenced in , equipped with a little putting green, and there is a small park just steps away. The house itself is equipped with everything you would possibly need --including a coffee maker and washer and dryer--and Jason the property manager was easy to communicate with and responds right way if you have any questions. “

„This lovely guest cottage is secluded and tucked away behind the main house. The garden provides a wonderfully private space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. „Love the layout of this house. We had 6 adults staying here and never felt crowded. The kitchen is really big with top of the line appliances and a coffee maker with a wide range of coffees to choose from. But we spent most of time on the covered patio. The best part of this house is the location. You can walk to EVERYTHING!! Can’t wait for the next trip!“

„We were a big group of family and friends. We stayed here because of the size of the home and the location. It was GREAT! we all slept confortable. House was clean, old but clean. It is 2 properties in one, pretty cool. Debi was fast to respond to my questions. The only thing we were not to happy with was the instructions given to check out when we paid for a big cleaning fee. I feel like we did 1/2 the cleaning crew's job. but everything else was nice. “

„We really enjoyed the gardens and how easy & enjoyable it was to walk to shops and restaurants in the area. Host went above and beyond with amenities and much appreciated personal touches. Would’ve enjoyed a hot tub but we had fun at the beach and had more than enough provided beach gear. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!“

„I enjoyed everything about my stay, the only thing that was the toilet I had to get a stool to be able to reach. I am 5’2 and couldn’t reach the toilet seat unless stepping in a ledge next to the toilet. No fun, other than that, very clean, quiet, Linda is very nice and kept me posted of the what not to do. I’ll suggest a policy should be posted. Other than that, great place. “
