„This place is in a great location in downtown Panama City, Panama, but the building is infected with roaches. We had to kill at least ten roaches in the apartment that we were staying in. I messaged the host to send a exterminator, but he never did. The hot water heater also doesn't work. The hot water only stayed on for about 5 minutes, in the bathroom shower and then it was cold again. The maintenance guy came twice, but it didn't work. We took lukewarm to cold showers while we stayed there. ...

„We were looking for a vacation that had the best of both worlds meaning the urban parts of Panama City and the historical neighbourhood of Cisco Viejo. This location was perfect. You are within walking distance of manys shops and restaurants and if you're like us we also walked to the new city as well as across the Causeway. The apartment was very modern and clean with all of the amenities you could ask for. I would absolutely stay here again !!“

„Excelente opción para unos días de descanso en la playa. Me encanta Playa Caracol porque desde que llegas, tienes todo en un solo lugar. La piscina justo al salir al patio exterior y la playa a solo pasos de la casa. Hay un restaurante con bar que puedes ir caminando si no tienes ganas de cocinar. La propiedad muy limpia con aire y todo lo necesario. Juan fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de cualquier consulta. Muchas gracias!! Volveremos sin duda!“

„The condo was adequate but very poorly outfitted with essentials. Had no internet for 6 days and the owner/property manager refused to answer our texts and emails and VRBO was not the least helpful. Never heard back from either one once the issue was resolved by a technician. No aplology. “

„The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Many times she went beyond her call of duty. We have encountered very few Panamanians who ...

„The condo is very well located, with proximity to Panama city as well as services, with direct beach and pool access. The people at the front desk were very helpful. Very confortable accomodations for a family of 4.“

„It was our 4th. stay at the Golf Coronado building. We are golfers so that’s why we pick that location. On the 3 previous stays our apartment choices were the ones who had alliances with the golf course so the amount of payment to play there for a month was 300. Now, the golf course owners no longer honour that agreement so the cost was more than doubled. The other disappointment was that this year it was so much hotter to golf! „Just spent 10 nights at this property. Expectations fully met. Beach is a few feet away. Welcoming pool and social area. Furnishings, appliances, utensils were all adequate. Grocery, pharmacy and other stores are 7 mins. away. Environment conducive to a restful experience. Concierge was always available and helpful. WFI was strong, with coverage extending to the beach. No cable TV but YouTube, Peacock, Max and other apps over IP provided plenty of content. Would definitely book again.“

„The apartment has wonderful beach and mountain views. It is also close to grocery stores, restaurants and golf. The Golf Town in Coronado is home to many expats living in Panama and a great place to ask questions. Highly recommend the property!!! “

„Für einen Business trip ist es eine sehr gute Option. Die Details haben etwas gefehlt (Mobiliar ist etwas veraltet und Stecker und einige Birnen waren nicht in Ordnung). Aber die Räume sind gross, und die Sicht ist super. Bei andere Hotelketten zählt man deutlich mehr für eine ähnliche Leistung (allerdings mit mehr Komfort). Dee Service war für Panamesische Verhältnisse GUT. Rezeption, Cleaning und Restaurant (Sehr freundlich) Das Schwimmbad und Bereich kann man noch verbessern! “

"Wir hatten All Inclusiv Plus gebucht und haben uns in unserem Zimmer und in der Hotelanlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Plus Service enthält separate Poolbereiche, separate Bereiche am Strand und einen "only Adult" Pool mit Poolbar und guter Auswahl an Cocktails. Neben 2 großen Büffetrestaurants (mit identischem Essen) gibt es 7 verschiedene A la Carte Restaurants (Panamesisch, mexikanisch, italienisch, mediterran, asiatisch, Steakhaus und El Canal ein Fischrestaurant) in denen man reservieren kann. Man wählt unter verschiedenen Hauptgerichten diese werden am Tisch serviert. Auch hier ist Wein, Bier, Wasser, Softdrinks etc. im Preis inkludiert. Die Minibar wird täglich neu mit Wasser, Bier und Softdrinks befüllt. Die Zimmer des Plus Services liegen im hinteren Bereich der Anlage und sind deshalb ruhig da weit genug von der Animation entfernt. Die Gäste sind überwiegend aus Mittel- und Südamerika und Kanada, etwas spanisch Kenntnisse helfen bei der Kommunikation mit dem Personal, man gibt sich aber auch Mühe Englisch zu verstehen. Das Hotel ist 4 Sterne Landeskategorie, insofern passte für uns das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in jedem Fall. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder mit Plus Service buchen. "
