„My friends and I do an annual golf trip every year to a different destination. There are eight of us in the group. This place was absolutely perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice. Nice open concept, kitchen and living room very inviting. On the Pond is a nice size that all eight of us could sit on to hang out. They really should include a panoramic picture of the pond from the living room and another panoramic picture of the open concept, kitchen and living room. “

„Place was very nice and just what we were after. Don't take what I say next as if we didn't like the place for the good definitely outweighs the not as good. I'm nit picking here but the floors were cold, the appliances (microwave, toaster, etc.) all needed carried from their storage spot to the kitchen counter, a small nuisance. The upstairs space is locked off for all you wandering where that ladder goes you will keep on wandering. The parking spot was a few hundred feet away and the snow was ...

„We had a wonderful visit to Maine- Patrick responded to my messages promptly. Brian met us to show us around the property, he was very thorough and kind. His wife Tammy we also had the pleasure of meeting after a stroll through the cemetery/ walking trails out back. She was amazing as well. Plenty of towels, home was clean and very spacious for large guests“

„My daughter and I stayed at the Cozy City Stay while she was recovering from surgery. It has everything we needed to prepare meals and was convenient to Bates, and local markets. Beds were comfortable and it is cutely decorated with French decor and accents!! Highly recommend as a base when staying in Lewiston area. “
