„This place was ideal for us and will be ideal for you too. This 3-bedroom 2 bathroom home worked well for our family (3 adult couples). The open floor plan ... kitchen, dining, living room ... allowed for us all to be together when we weren't sleeping. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. The host was easily accessible, answering questions in a timely manner. The backyard is fenced in, and the downstairs family room would be suitable for children with sleeping ...

„Property and stay were great but communication with owner proved difficult. No contact phone info and numerous attempts to contact her upstairs where she lives were unsuccessful. Having a lock on a door is useless when a sign is posted on the door with the combination for the lock.“

„We stayed because property is between IA State Fair, and our extended family in Minburn. Kids/Grandkids came down from Twin Cities and we from Chicago. Adel is a nice town and property is convenient in a nice neighborhood. Home is large and comfortable, property from 1930's? All appliances and kitchen and beds were in good shape. (Appreciated the A/C)! We had to work out some issues with the owner, but she responded quickly and appropriately. We all had a great time.“
