„Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. „This villa was an absolutely stunning stay. The view of the lake and volcanoes even from the outdoor bathroom were incredible. The villa would get sauna hot in the afternoon sun, with just a standing fan to fight the heat. So we would leave the villa at this time. The hike up to the villa is no joke. We are young and active adults, who climbed volcano acatenango. Doing this at minimum daily hike up/down the villa was strenuous. „The place is very nice. Built with natural materials - stone/wood/ceramic/metal - it has a nice feeling. It's clean, and the location is great - there are a lot of trees on the lot, so constant birdsong. It's away from the road, so very tranquil. It's easy to get into town by walking or tuc tuc - you can walk along the lake to the Santiago dock, then you have to take the streets. It's a couple of hundred feet from the lake. „The mark of a good rental in my opinion is whether you would rent it again and l will! I loved the design and feel of this house. Above the living quarters was a nice deck with a great view and nice area for meditation and yoga. The bed and pillows were nice comfortable and clean. The outdoor bathroom had a great view the lake, yet was private. There were plenty of Tuk-Tuks going by to catch a ride into San Marcos. Alsoutdoor bathroom wascomfortable. “

„Only there for a night. The host/manager could have done a better job explaining how to get there, instead of simply suggesting to use Waze maps! Also, they are building a new house at the bottom of the property, so it's a little dangerous having to walk thru a construction site to get to the beach down below. "Wir waren 3 Tage im El jardin de Granada. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die schöne Stadt Granada zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist eine wunderschöne Wohlfühloase. Das Personal angefangen bei der Chefin sehr umsichtig, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Wir waren in vielen Hotels der Welt. Dieses Hotel zählt zu den absolut besten. Wenn in Granada dann nur im Jardin de Granada. Danke für die vielen Tips rund um Ausflugsmöglichkeiten um Granada,und das auch noch in deutscher Sprache."
