„This was a great little brownstone apartment. The apartment itself was a perfect size for 1 or 2 people. The bathroom was small, but what else can you expect in NYC! Very close to 2 subway stations which was very convenient. Area of Harlem was nice/relatively safe - travelling alone I didn’t feel uncomfortable! „Our stay at Farida’s loft was great! The location was great for us as we stayed attended the US Open tennis. You can see the care that Farida puts into her place as the outside entry is so beautiful and inviting. Inside, the loft is as described. The beds are comfortable, even the futon under the loft bed. There was ample hot water in the shower, and Farida also provided free coffee, tea, water and snacks. We also met Farida and she was wonderful to talk to and gave us the privacy we desired. ...

„Great location and spacious property perfect for a large group of friends exploring NYC. Due to its central location, the front bedrooms are extremely noisey at all hours of the day. The property is suitable and functional for a short stay, but is a little run down including broken tiles in the upstairs bathroom, rickety occasional chairs, unkept outdoor area and unstable railing on the stairs. The property manager is very responsive and helpful.“

„We booked this home to celebrate my bachelorette party! 8 of us girls fit comfortably! We enjoyed the layout and spacious living room. Everything was as it said in the listing and very clean. The location is the best part! Across the street from a coffee shop, a cool bar, and food options. The host was prompt and always available when needed. „The photos already show the apartment. The big table, the big gas stove, the rooms. Everything is there to feel comfortable. What could be improved is that the number of plates is doubled and enough cutlery is provided. The street where the apartment is located is quiet and peaceful. The residents look at you with interest. We had a lovely, relaxing week in the apartment.“

„Its not perfect of course, but me and my friends really enjoyed it. Its close to the beach which we loved, alot of good food place close by. The house itself was decent. It was a beautiful home with a big backyard and nice size family room, but i will say bring your own pillows and blankets because they definitely didnt clean the ones they already had on the beds and the pillows were very thin like worn out. Besides that it was 8/10 experience and i will definitely come back.“

„Die Wohnung war für 6 Personen ausreichend groß und komfortabel ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Übergabe war völlig unkompliziert. Die Infos zum Parken waren sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle von und nach NY ist direkt vor der Haustür (Linie 154 - 3,50$ pro Person) Aldi und WalMart sind fußläufig (10/20 Min) erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit 😊👍 LG Stephan aus 🇩🇪“

„We took our 13 year old son to NYC for his birthday. This condo was the perfect place for us to stay! It is a short walk to the train and great place to eat, but out of the way enough that you're not right in the middle of the hustle - but just a block away! Everything was clean and nice. They even had a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher! The hosts even checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was just right!“

„Es paßte alles, ich würde diese Unterkunft immer wieder wählen. Wir waren zu dritt in einem Studio mit Schlafnische und Schlafsofa. Das Bett in der Schlafnische war sehr bequem, die Matratze des Schlafsofas hätte bequemer sein können. Es war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Die Küche haben wir bis auf den Kühlschrank nicht benutzt, da wir immer essen gegangen sind.
