The cottage is charming with modern updates and unique little features that made it easy to relax. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions and made us feel incredibly welcome.“

„The property was as advertised. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with a small backyard. Parking was available on street and there was a space available in the back. We were informed of an issue with the garbage disposal before we arrived which did not detract from our ability to enjoy the space. We were visiting our daughter that lives in the area and would stay here agian when we return.“

„We travelled to Va to visit Monticello, wineries and breweries for my husband's 60th birthday with 3 other couples. The house was about 20minutes from Monticello and Jefferson winery so it was a perfect location for us. We absolutely loved the farm and the house. We got to see the baby goats which were so cute! „Plenty of space, accurate listing. Be sure to read the portion around 3 of the bedrooms with breezeway entry if you have small kids. Great views and easy communication! When we stayed there was construction on both sides (the only downfall of trip)- otherwise, fantastic spot, great fishing and would return!“

„Great location, annd Clean! Carrying keys the entire trip is a little bit of a pain though not sure why the electronic lock at the door cannot be utilized for guests. We still had a great time in Charlottesville!!“

„My wife and I found the rental very well equipped and very clean and cozy. The artwork within the rental was way beyond standard and tasteful. The one bedroom with the single window had room darkening cellular shade and made it very dark which is great for a solid night sleep. I do wish it was a queen bed instead of a full size, but we managed. The tv selection for entertainment was good and better than most. Overall, highly recommended. „This is a comfortable place to spend a few days in Richmond and the pictures in the listing tell the story accurately. Steps from Perly's, Stella's grocery and everything else downtown, yet feels calm and quiet in the apartment.There was a persistant acrid smell, like burnt rubber or wires in the bathroom the whole time, which would not clear even with the exhaust fan.
