„We had a wonderful week at the red neck yacht club! The house was so much fun with great decks to hang out on, tons of fun stuff to check out inside and plenty of room for the whole family. The house was well stocked with everything you would need and the host was super helpful can’t wait to come back.“

„The property was as advertised. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with a small backyard. Parking was available on street and there was a space available in the back. We were informed of an issue with the garbage disposal before we arrived which did not detract from our ability to enjoy the space. We were visiting our daughter that lives in the area and would stay here agian when we return.“

„Cannot say enough great things about this house!! Spacious, clean and homey - it has it all. We were here for a little winter family getaway and this house delivered! The hot tub, games and especially the sauna were a big hit with our "grown up" kids. The view is lovely as well - can't wait to try it out in the summer!“

Trying to find time as a family for 3 grown boys with busy careers and one married is impossible except when it comes to the Lake House. I gave them the dates and they made the time to show up. We checked on Friday and by 4:30PM the boat was at the dock and tee times were made for two rounds of golf. „Can’t ask for a better stay. We have stayed at two of GateWays properties within a month on purpose. They’re built by someone that understand lake life. Relaxed and luxury for a vacation. Special owners to understand the dynamics of a quiet cove. “

„We went to the John paul jones arena during our stay. It was easy to get to from the farm. We wish we would have had more time to just hang out at the farm, relaxing. The screened in porch was lovely for relaxing and watching the animals. We loved the decor and the whole vibe of the place. Hosts were very gracious, we would love to a return trip in the future. “

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake. SML is truly my happy place. The house had a great view of the main channel and Bridgewater Marina. Oh, and the sunsets! Wow. We always love sharing the lake with our dogs who love to swim! Would rent again if there was a floating dock. The slope is steep and riprap challenging for the dogs to get in and out of the water. Checkin was a breeze. Kitchen is well equipped. Open shelves are cute. Suggest adding shelves to the pantry so we could put food ...

„Worked out well for us as we were working nearby at North Anna Nuc plant. House was great. Not much infrastructure in the area really have to go to Fredericksburg for restaurants bars and shopping. Owner was very nice and very attentive and reachable. Would definitely stay again“
