"Das war sehr schlecht Badewanne war sehr schlecht, Fenster war nicht sauber, zimmer stinken , wir haben nicht geduscht war sehr schlimm auf Korridor hat esswaren gehabt , so etwas habe ich schon lange nicht erlebt"

"In general, my stay at the Moxy Downtown was good. Arrival and check-in were very easy, the room was big enough for me alone and the view over Los Angeles was incredible. The staff was nice and the coffee shop on the ground floor had a good breakfast selection. Unfortunately, as soon as I arrived I realized that the restaurants in Level8 (which is not officially part of the hotel) were not what I had imagined. From my perspective, it is more of a very chic floor for the young, upper class to party. At the weekend the music is very loud and disturbs your sleep. At the entrance downstairs you are also asked for a reservation as a hotel guest and I was only let in unfriendly. Nevertheless, I would recommend the hotel myself. The location is very good, close to the Crypto Arena with some nice restaurants nearby and not far from some public transportation."

"Bei der Ankunft wurde leider das Zustellbett vergessen und nur für zwei Personen, Handtücher bereitgestellt. Dies wurde umgehend nachgebessert. Das Personal ist besonderst positiv hervorzuheben. Unglaublich freundlich, sehr kompetent und gerade die Crew beim Frühstück war fast wie Familie. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Das Zimmer war mit Klimaanlage, geräumig und hatte bei uns im 11. Stockwerk, eine tolle Aussicht. Der Fitnessraum war überraschend gut ausgestattet. Einziger Kritikpunkt war, das der Pool nicht benutzt werden konnte. "

"Das Hotel ist sauber,sicher und schön. Das Personal freundlich und schnell. Es liegt in LA. Auf dem 3Wochen West Coast Road Trip Vancouver, Kanada bis San Diego, Kalifornien war LA die dreckigste und verwahrloste Stadt von allen. "
