„Location of the hostel is very good. Walkable to the Zhangjiajie National Park entrance. Overall room wasn’t that clean. The washroom had that typical smell and I saw a few stains on the bed sheets. There are only stairs but highest floor is only 5 or 6 I think. Overall it’s just a cheap acceptably clean place to stay near Zhangjiajie National Park.“

„Es war leider sehr kalt, man kann zwar die Temperatur im Zimmer regeln nur bewirkt es nichts. Das Personal hat uns dafür eine extra Heizung ins Zimmer gestellt. Das Frühstück war eher mager und die Lage ist nicht zentral. Das Personal hat kaum englisch gesprochen war aber trotzdem bemüht. 4 Sterne sind es dennoch keine“

„酒店很乾淨，服務很好，早餐是自助形式的,有好多選擇。地方離國家森林公園很近，滴滴過去大概十分鐘左右。美中不足是附近正在修路封路，行程導致有所改變。下次有機會再去也會住這個，因為旁邊的高鐵站快完工，會更加方便:)“

„Leider hat es am Gang nach Rauch gerochen. Hotelpersonal war etwas verwirrt, war der festen Überzeugung wir hätten ohne Frühstück gebucht, was nicht der Fall war. Als Entschuldigung haben sie uns dafür Obst & Cookies aufs Zimmer geschickt. Sie waren nicht in der Kage uns ein Taxi mit Taxometer zu bestellen sondern nur eines mit fixem Betrag. Das Hotel an sich ist schön, sehr nah am Parkeingang und nah an den Restaurants.“

„The hotel has obviously seen better times in the past - needs renovation works in many areas. The front desk personal and staff in the restaurants are incapable to speak one single word English. The so called "international" restaurant is normally closed/lights out; only if foreigners are coming they prepare some desks. The "international" menue is an illusion, most meals from the card are not available, what is available is made from a cook who never has learned to prepare international ...

„Hard to find place. The taxi dropped me by a gate and said 'in there somewhere'. Had to ask 2 or 3 people to eventually find the hotel - but convenient once you know where it is! A lot of confusion on check-in, but eventually sorted out when the lady called her daughter who spoke good English. Didn't like the 'hole in the floor' toilet, but otherwise clean.“
