„Really cute little boutique hotel in the middle of Athens, very near Ohio University. It was a Friday night and college kids were out having fun, so it was a little noisy late at night. Otherwise, it's a great little property. Only disappointment was in the breakfast but then most hotel breakfasts aren't great.“

„We did not get the traditional B&B experience - this house is owned by a corporation and no one lives in it. That being said, there is an easy to park in (off-street) parking lot, the bed was super comfy, everything was clean, breakfast was delicious, the shower had good pressure, the tub was big, and the hot tub was clean. If there aren't more than 2 people in the hottub the water isn't high enough so the jets shoot you occasionally and the outdoor light didn't work. Other than that it was a ...

„Margot and John were incredibly kind and welcoming. My partner and I stayed over the weekend, and got welcomed with brownies and shown around the farm for chores. Completely optional but completely worth it to see the animals and get to know both of them! We had our car get stuck due to weather at the end of our stay, and they offered us food and helped us move our car. Incredible kindness and we will be back!“
