„Staff was great from manager to front desk to housekeeping...chatted with all of them and all were so considerate and genuinely friendly. Room was fine for the rate..no complaints with consideration of value rate. Having a mini fridge and microwave was nice bonus for the value rate. “

„Hotel was clean and staff was courtesy but since it was New Years Eve there was no breakfast available… not even coffee in the morning. They said coffee was available in the room, but this is little help to me when I rise early and my partner wants to sleep late. MOST hotels offer 24 hour coffee in the lobby… Catch up!“

„Room looks fine and is made clean, but also found 2 roaches. Coffeemaker was too dirty to use. Problem is that the type of coffeemaker can`t be cleaned properly as it is open at the top. There is coffee at the lobby, but that is almost cold as it stands there all day. Didn`t mention it to the staff, as they were not interested in visitors at all. „When it comes right down to it, ratings are based more on emotion than anything. This is a brand new building so everything was new and functional. The bed was great and the room was clean and cozy. But the night front deskman was not at all welcoming, even though he was efficient handling the check-in. The worst part was breakfast.
