„We love Llandudno. 1st stay at the Grand wont be the last. Great view from the room, great size room. Could have been cleaner, wouldnt take much. Good clean bedding. Value for money. The outstanding points are your waitress Jo at dinner and breakfast who went above and beyond to make our stay great, and one of the chefs at breakfast (unfortunately i didnt get his name). They're the ones that make the difference. “

„Überteuerte Unterkunft in renovierungsbedürftigem Haus. Das Zimmer selber war bereits renoviert, aber leider die Betten noch nicht ausgetauscht, sehr schlechte Matratzen. Hotel sehr schön direkt am Meer gelegen. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl verschiedener frisch zubereiteter Eierspeisen.“

„Had an amazing stay the staff are super friendly and helpful the hotel is gorgeous its clean and spacious. We stsy in the rooms with sea views and wow luckily the hotel is in an ideal location for the Pier, buses and tram stops are a very short walk and the stunning views you see from your window from sunrise to sunset always beautiful sights. Stayed in room 103, and was literally the furthest room away from reception, had to walk through 5 doors, traversing multiple levels of stairs (with a fully loaded suitcase) The room was ok, window facing the car park. „The hotel is very quaint and the bedroom was welcoming on first floor, with large bay window with seating arranged in it and side view to sea. Parking was explained at reception and turned out to be quite easy within the time frame given by the permitted free spaces just outside. This could be cited on the hotel website for those who are booking without prior knowledge. The hotel location is excellent near shops and cafes. "Die fünf Übernachtungen im Groes Inn waren traumhaft. Das Zimmer war ruhig und gemütlich mit Blick auf Berge, Weiden, Schafe und Höfe. Walisische Idylle pur. Der Service war überaus freundlich und sympathisch. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut besucht, eine Tischreservierung stets zu empfehlen. Bei Sonnenschien kann man herrlich im Freien sitzen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in Nordwales. Alle Ziele sind einfach zu erreichen. Das Highlight für uns war Bodnant Garden. Wir würden sofort wieder hier übernachten."
