„It was ok. Breakfast is basic. The room is clean but the toilet is a bit dim and doesnt dry up fast. Love love love the bed n the sofa. Linked to a haunted shopping mall but didnt have any paranormal experiences (thank God)“

„This hotel is absolutely fabulous. I have stayed in hundreds of properties around the world and it is rare to get such a good package, yet again for such an affordable price. Highly recommended for any types of trips. Only recommendation for improvement: The doors are closing very loudly, and at night you will hear those of neighbours around you, even on the floors above or below yours. I put earplugs and it was fine then.“

„Comfy in all areas, staff are friendly and efficient plus welcoming. Parking is convenient and I just love this hotel. Have been staying here during business trips and family trips. Ambient is great and have arrays of variety of choices. I used to purchase the membership vouchers, however I stopped due to benefits are not as attractive as it used to be😊“

„Good location. Opposite Komtar which is next to City Square. Walking distance to the customs. Room is small 14 sqm but quite well equipped. Thrre is a safe, bedroom slippers, kettle, hairdryer, toothbrush & other toileteries. A convenience store is at the lobby so can get drinks & snacks 👍“

„I arrived early morning and Mr. Jagdeep was kind to let me have early check in to rest. Really appreciate. Reception staff all helpful and friendly, patient. It is not a new hotel but it knows how to run it efficiently and keep good maintenance and cleanliness. Location is fantastic to access all the goodness of the city centre. “
