„It was ok. Breakfast is basic. The room is clean but the toilet is a bit dim and doesnt dry up fast. Love love love the bed n the sofa. Linked to a haunted shopping mall but didnt have any paranormal experiences (thank God)“

„This hotel is absolutely fabulous. I have stayed in hundreds of properties around the world and it is rare to get such a good package, yet again for such an affordable price. Highly recommended for any types of trips. Only recommendation for improvement: The doors are closing very loudly, and at night you will hear those of neighbours around you, even on the floors above or below yours. I put earplugs and it was fine then.“

„Good location. Opposite Komtar which is next to City Square. Walking distance to the customs. Room is small 14 sqm but quite well equipped. Thrre is a safe, bedroom slippers, kettle, hairdryer, toothbrush & other toileteries. A convenience store is at the lobby so can get drinks & snacks 👍“

They made sure that we felt well taken care of and that our concerns were valid and valued throughout the entire stay. „Family premium room had no windows but my kids love it. Love the aesthetics of the hotel. Very quaint and unique! Rooftop is a nice place to sit and talk with family.our room had a loft with single bed however spotted several mosquitoes. The steps to the loft in our room needs some repair as some of the wood chips are coming off and can be quite dangerous. “

„superior king bed room was spacious and clean - kind of refurbished condition. breakfast was average - not much choices. access to the hotel lobby from the main entrance was terrible bcoz of steep staircase - not friendly at all to senior citizens, not convenient for luggage drop off etc. overall, considered okay for short stay.“
