„Due to snow storm, lack of plowing made it unsafe. I understand that was hard to control. Got in the room and the heat was not on. It was freezing. I got extra blankets but it didn’t warm up until the next day. Once the heat worked it got so hot we couldn’t cool it down without opening the patio door!“

„Nice room I did not request but no shampoo, etc in shower, no lotions. Dropped something and dirt on it floor by night stand and in couch. Disappointed but did not complain just observation. Really like our room heater was great, beds comfortable. The boat House food was excellent.“

„Clean property, friendly staff, good amenities for the price, and allowed for early check-in at no additional cost. The jacuzzi tub made for a relaxing weekend getaway. Had a bit of trouble locating the entrance, as did a delivery driver—be sure to check the street view on Google maps for easier entry. They may benefit from improved signage. Overall, an experience I highly recommend! “

„The room was very spacious, very clean and easily slept 4 kids. The place itself, yes, has seen better days. Full size kitchen with all necessary utensils. We stayed for one night and were able to use the waterpark for two days, towels were provided at no cost“
