We drove a couple hours to see the Great Sand Dunes where we rented a sled at a fantastic vodka distillery called Dune Valley Distillery. We also visited Desert Reef Hot Springs. The location was perfect for us who had family staying at different venues from a hotel in Trinidad to camper camping at the creek a couple of miles up the road.
